The General Assembly is our highest authority and plays a central role in the association’s decision-making processes. The ordinary general meeting is held every year before the end of June, and all members have the opportunity to participate and influence the decisions.
Boots and Roots is a non-profit organization that provides long-term development assistance. There is laid particular emphasis on “help for self-help” in the form of projects that produce lasting results.
Boots and Roots is based on a humanistic foundation and starts from the fact that all people

Convening and Agenda:
The general meeting is called with at least 4 weeks’ notice. The call is made electronically and is also published on the association’s website. If you have questions or proposals that you wish to discuss at the general meeting, these must be submitted to the chairman at least 3 weeks before the meeting. The final agenda will be sent no later than 14 days before the general meeting.
